My Blog, Conversations with Myself..., contains things written over decades that don't make me want take a vow of silence.  Is this all pretty self-indulgent?  Yes.  But I hope the reader of these 'first-draft-edits' may find some surprises, tittles and challenges that s/he might think and feel with and about.  That body of work resides here:

You might also find some other surprises by Googling, Yahooing, Baiduing, Binging, Yandexing, Asking or AOLing both "langfeld" and "brevitist."  Recently, I was able to register #brevitist; however, I have no clue as yet how to put it to work.  My interest in using that "handle" began one day last summer when I heard some kid playing tag holler, "Hashtag You're It!"  And then he ran like hell.  Amazing.

shallow channels, winding paths,

easy to get into, skip over, avoid altogether,

or lie in.
